Mary Riposo received her PhD in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University. She is a Certified School Psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in New York State. She is also a certified Divinely Guided Life coach. Mary is employed by University Hospital and works at the Margaret L. Williams Developmental Evaluation Center, which specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children with Autism Spectrum and related disorders. In her professional career working with children and families, Mary has maintained a strong interest in alternative and complementary healing.
Mary has pursued extensive training in a variety of energy based therapeutic techniques and has integrated them into her life as well as her work. Mary is an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and a Level II Karuna Reiki practitioner, and a Shamballa Master. She is a Registered Polarity Therapist , a Certified Soul Realignment Practitioner, and a Level II Integrated Energy Therapist. Mary has trained in Craniosacral and Lymphatic Drainage therapies through the Upledger Institute. She has studied Energy Medicine with Donna Eden and Health Intuition with Karen Kassey. In addition, Mary has completed training in Quantum Touch and Barbara Brennan Healing Science. She is currently studying with Rev. Joan Lee through the First Congregation of Infinite Light Church in Syracuse, NY.
In addition to offering energy healing sessions, Mary teaches others to access their own healing energy through Reiki certification classes. She is dedicated to supporting local Reiki practitioners by offering Reiki Shares, Coaching,
products, as well as ongoing education and support.
Mary lives in Syracuse, NY, with her husband, Tony, who is a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Instructor. Mary offers individual appointments at her home office in Syracuse, NY. Mary also offers many of her sessions by phone so that clients who cannot or prefer not to come into the office for whatever reason, can benefit from Mary's skills.
