The goal of Spiritual Counseling is the integration of body, mind, and spirit, which is the trinity of health. To heal one part, we must acknowledge all three. Within the safety of the healing relationship, the client is guided back to their true essence. The whole person is healed, or made whole again,  through a transpersonal approach. 

Sessions are unique to each client and are customized to meet your needs. Spiritual Counseling is a powerfully transformative practice which draws people who are highly motivated to find the deeper meaning behind the pain and stress that result from life's transitions, illness, and crises. Those who benefit the most from this approach are dedicated to looking for a deeper understanding of themselves and are seeking the spiritual and energetic components of healing work.

Sessions are offered in person or by phone when appropriate. All phone charges are the responsibility of the client. 24 hour notice of all cancellations is required. Counseling sessions are scheduled for 30 or 60 minute appointments. If you have any questions about the counseling process, please contact Mary.
