Reiki Sessions
Mary offers individual Reiki sessions for adults and children. A typical Reiki session begins with a conversation to identify your current areas of need. Initial sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, and follow up sessions can be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes. Reiki sessions are tailored to your individual needs, and Mary can integrate Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Shamballa Multidimensional Healing, and Chakra Balancing into your session, as well as a variety of other energetic modalities.
During a Reiki session, you will lie, fully clothed, on a massage table. Soft music can be played in the background in order to enhance relaxation. During the session, Mary will place her hands on or near specific areas of the body in order to activate the healing response. You may feel heat, tingling, or waves of energy gently moving through your body. Most people say that they feel relaxed yet energized after a session, as if they have had a full night’s sleep.
