Thanks Mary, I really enjoyed the Retreat-I met so many wonderful people and I find that I am now "owning" parts of my healing-spiritual life that I had blocked before. Confirmation of belonging and abilities were a biggie for me. I am interested in more info on the Reiki association, please keep me on your mailing list! My husband has September 17th off after all, and would like to attend the Reiki one session-we are going to look for a Reiki session for him to experience and then get him set up. I will follow up with you regarding my progression to Master and teacher. One thing that I also wanted to mention to you was that two sessions in particular were most interesting during the retreat-LuAnn's shamanic presentation and Barbara's business presentation. Thank you, thank you for yesterday, the grace and energy in the healing room and chapel were peaceful and energizing both at the same time. We are so blessed in this area to have many wonderful healers. You hold a wonderful energy and thank you for the Healing attunement in honor of the passed Reiki Master (Dr. Usui). I want to be part of next years Reiki Retreat. - Cindy Thank you so much for hosting today's retreat. What a wonderfully inspirational and educational day! I wanted to share with you my experience from your moving opening. Where I sat, once my eyes were closed, I immediately felt a firm, but safe force pushing my spine back into the wooden pew, and my chin lifting up so that my chest/Heart Chakra (?) was completely open. The sensation became so strong that I thought I was going to have to lie down; I felt like my body was being 'flattened' out/opened up, physically. As we came to a close, everything relaxed, my chin settling back downwards. I do not remember physically feeling like this before. Very cool!...Sign me up for next year! Just a note to tell you how much I enjoyed the Retreat! I am so happy that we had a chance to re-connect! You did a fantastic job putting everything together in a way that the novice and the experienced Reiki practitioners could come together in harmony! I love my Reiki Distant healing box as it was such a wonderful gift! I will use it faithfully! The rest of the day I was so bubbly and full of energy...I am sure it was the healing attunement! The starting of the retreat with the guided meditation and the attunement....can I say...OMG!!! The guided meditation took me away.... I felt like I was in a bubble, very safe and peaceful...then came the attunement.....WOW!!! It was amazing....I can't describe in words the feeling inside....like energy ready to erupt! Next we went into the main room and did the crystal healing with Reiki. AMAZING! I was the lucky one to be on the table....WOW again...I felt like I was going to float away...the healing I received was amazing (just to let you know, I have been sick for almost a month, I walked away totally healed and feeling like me again!). The presentations were soooo interesting and the girls giving the presentations were so good! I learned alot of things I had wondered about but never had the opportunity to meet anyone that actually worked with Reiki in these ways. I was also blessed with some new contacts and the feeling that I had made some new friends in the Reiki world! The whole retreat from beginning to end was amazing....thank you for that....I am also blessed with the knowing that I AM....I AM DOING THE RIGHT THING! I feel I had a rebirth at the Reiki Retreat!!
